  • Juniors for Power SquashEmpower Tournament will be held at Bethesda S&H, February 11-12. See here for details.
     

  • Glorious Greens win the inaugural Suburban Maryland league competition on December 18th, 2005. See here for more details. Second session of the league starts January 8, see here for application.
     

  • Umpiring Sessions will be held at Bethesda Sport and Health on December 3 (full), 17 from 12:30 to 2pm. The sessions will clarify issues related to all aspects of refereeing with an emphasis on let/stroke calls. Paperwork will focus on USSRA club referee exam. Cost $15/person. Contact us to enroll.

     

  • Women's Clinics will be held at Bethesda in November and December. See here for details.

  • The NCSRA winter league is starting soon. Bethesda will have teams in Divs 1 through 6. Potomac Squash Club will have teams in Divs 1 through 4. See our league page for contact information.

     

  • The junior teams are now finalized for the inaugural Suburban Maryland league competition which will start at Bethesda Sport and Health on October 30th. Four teams of seven players will enjoy competition over a seven week season. More infomation available here.

     

  • The second annual Bethesda Junior tournament is set for 18-20th November. The tourney has girls and boys U11 to U19 flights. Click here for the application form.

     

  • SquashEmpower, the not-for-profit affiliate of AussieNick that provides an Urban Youth program for the DC area recently held its annual fund raising gala at the Australian Embassy. The night was a great success and a lot of fun. The events on and leading up to the night raised enough capital to see the program through its first year.
