High School Fall/Winter/Spring
2024-25

Introduction: Squash – one of the most dynamic and fastest growing sports – is exploding at the junior level. The Ivy League and other top colleges place a strong emphasis on their squash programs and often give consideration to applicants who play squash. Named by Forbes magazine as the top-ranked healthiest sport, squash is a great cardio workout that also provides ideal training for other sports. A lifetime sport, squash is a fun activity the whole family can participate in. A junior squash program, run by one of the area’s top squash pros, Connie Barnes will be held at Chevy Chase Athletic Club. The program will emphasize squash techniques and strategies, fitness and sportsmanship.

  • Charlotte Squash Club NC Squash Camp Summer 2025 date TBA, must be paid by July 1
  • CCAC Whitman Camp 2025, dates TBA, must be paid by July

Cost: $575 per time-slot for Fall
(Applicants may do more than one day/week in any session, cost is $575 for each session – example if you want your child to attend Tuesdays for the session cost is $575, if you also want them to do Wednesday the cost is another $575).

Days Options: Tues, Thursday Friday 3:15pm – 4:15pm/ Note Mon and Wed 3 – 4pm are Whitman Varsity team training

Winter – Mon and Wednesday 6pm, Saturday afternoon option available

Cost: $575 per time-slot foreach session

  • Mini Squash is an exciting game that encourages children aged 5 to 7 to get on court and have fun. Using specialized equipment designed to help children learn the basic skills as well as develop coordination and balance, Mini Squash provides the ideal introduction to squash.
